Paulo Avelino officially signs with Star Magic, announces upcoming ABS-CBN series

Award-winning actor Paulo Avelino remains a Kapamilya as he officially joined ABS-CBN’s talent agency, Star Magic.

Star Magic previously hinted at the actor’s signing on its social media platforms last June 6 by using his initials as a mock job posting.

Paulo has proven his range through portraying diverse and riveting character roles in intense dramas and romantic comedies such as “The General’s Daughter,” and the local adaptations of “Flower of Evil” and “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?”.

He also recently topbilled the box-office hit movie, “My Love Will Make You Disappear,” alongside Kim Chiu.

Apart from his accomplishments as an actor, Paulo also has notable works as a producer.

Through his stellar career, Avelino has received and bagged multiple nominations and awards, including his most recent Best Actor honors at the 2024 TAG Awards Chicago for the popular suspense-thriller series “Linlang,” and Best Actor awards from Gawad Urian and the Metro Manila Film Festival, to name a few.

Additionally, Paulo is reportedly set to capture the hearts of viewers and fans once again as he will soon star in an upcoming ABS-CBN series.
