'Come on, what a bargain!': Carla Abellana sells Rockwell condo amid Tom Rodriguez rumored split
MANILA, Philippines — Actress Carla Abellana once again promoted her condominium unit which is up for sale on her Instagram page, emphasizing that she has already slashed P2 million from the previous selling price.
Carla highlighted that the price is already below market value, making it a steal as she described that her property is "excessively furnished." Another bonus is that the cost includes a parking, which in itself already costs more than P1 million.
The actress captioned her post, "My condo unit at The Grove by Rockwell is still available for sale/lease! It is now below market value! And yes, everything you see inside the condo unit comes inclusive. It’s fully (and excessively) furnished! If they’re not your type, then go ahead and sell them to make money! It’s totally up to you. Of course parking (which alone costs more than 1M!) is included in the asking price already."
She added, "I mean, come on, what a bargain!"
She further wrote, "And yes, everything you see inside the condo unit comes inclusive. It’s fully (and excessively) furnished! If they’re not your type, then go ahead and sell them to make money! It’s totally up to you."
The actress' post came amid rumors that she and husband Tom Rodriguez have broken up and that Tom allegedly lost his life savings in a scam.
