MANILA, Philippines — TV hosts K Brosas and Bayani Agbayani expressed their happiness for the first anniversary of their noontime show “Lunch Out Loud” on October 19.

K told Philippine Entertainment Portal that the hosts and the rest of the production staff are very proud of the show’s achievement.

“Ako, sobra akong proud sa aming lahat. Kasi, sa totoo lang, minaliit kami. Totoo naman, minaliit kami noong umpisa. Maraming nagsabing ‘Hindi magtatagal 'yan',” K said.

“Sabi ko, ‘Lord, naniniwala kami…’ Kasi, kahit after ng taping, minsan, nagba-bonding-bonding kami. Lagi kaming keep in touch. Talagang super tight 'yung aming samahan.

Bayani said, “Pantay-pantay lahat, walang bida.”

K said the secret of the show is their friendship.

“Tapos, 'yung pagkakaibigan. 'Yun. Kaya hindi lang basta 'yung show, kami mismo, pati 'yung mga staff and everything. Kaya nakaka-proud… na one year and… ilang years pa uli?” she said.

Bayani said that critics are saying that their show will be cut short but now they are set to celebrate their anniversary.

“Nag-umpisa kami ng October, ang sabi, hanggang April lang kami!” he said.

K said she’s happy that they were given a chance because all of them need money for their families this pandemic.

“Bigyan niyo naman kami ng pagkakataon. Kasi, lahat naman kami dito, even the staff, the cameramen, lahat kami, kailangan ng trabaho,” she said.

Bayani also opened up about his co-celebrities allegedly wanting for the show to be replaced.

Kasi, during pandemic, dapat magdasal tayo na sana, lahat, may trabaho. Paano 'yung sa production?” he said.
