Julie Anne San Jose reacts to ex Benjamin Alves' photos with new girlfriend

MANILA, Philippines — What can Kapuso singer-actress Julie Anne San Jose say about the trending photos of her ex-boyfriend Benjamin Alves with rumored new girlfriend Chelsea Robato?

In a recent interview with the media during the opening of Marvel-Miniso partnership store in SM Mall of Asia where she is the ambassador, Julie Anne assured that she is “okay” despite the photos and that she is now happily single.

“Wala naman. OK lang naman kasi matagal na naman ‘yon eh. I'm happy as a single person and I'm just enjoying my own company. I just want to focus sa work ko and ‘yung growth ko as a person,” Julie Anne said.  

“I've been busy doing a lot of stuff especially pagdating sa music. Yeah, hayaan na natin ‘yon. Whatever makes people happy ‘di ba you should do it?” she added.  

When asked when she will open her heart for a new love, Julie Anne said she does not know. 

“Hindi ko alam. I think mapi-feel ko naman siguro 'yon. But right now, I'm just enjoying my single life and gusto ko pong mag-grow pa. Tsaka marami pa kong gustong gawin. Kumbaga

‘yung mga relationships naman is just there, hindi naman siya mawawala talaga at ibibigay naman ni Lord talaga kung sino ‘yung for you,” she said. 

“I'm not looking for anyone right now. I just want to happy sa sarili ko right now. I'm happy with my friends, I'm happy with my family, I'm happy with my work, I'm healthy so I think it's a good thing,” she added.
