MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya heartthrobs Daniel Padilla and James Reid are finally doing an “action-packed” project together as they posted a video of their project in their social media accounts.

“Tara, samahan niyo kami on-set ng unang project ko kasama si James Reid. Lalabas na ang #DobleHataw ngayong Friday, pero sa ngayon, panoorin niyo ‘to!” Daniel wrote on his Twitter account.

“So thrilled to finally be able to work with Daniel on a project this big and action-packed! Excited na rin ba kayo para sa #DobleHataw? Watch this!” James wrote on his account.

In the 55-second video, the two actors discussed their project “Doble Hataw” and their experience working together.

“Sobrang cool. Masaya. Favorite ko dito ‘yung mga sports cars. Siyempre first time ko din makasama si James. Sobrang chill lang. Masaya and 'yung buong production, super chill, mabilis magtrabaho, masaya,” Daniel said in the video.

James said he had a good time doing the project, especially the action scenes and driving cars.

“We had a good time. Siguro 'yung action, the drifting, driving the cars, that’s definite the coolest part of the shoot,” James said.

Daniel said the project fits him and James well.

“Maganda 'yung project na to. Bagay na bagay sa amin ni James. Maraming matutuwa dito. Abangan niyo,” Daniel assured.

Their first project together came in the middle of their on- and off-screen partners Kathryn Bernardo and Nadine Lustre getting busy doing their own movies. Kathryn is doing “Hello, Love, Goodbye” with Alden Richards, while Nadine is filming “Indak” with Sam Concepcion.
