MANILA, Philippines — Kapuso actor Clint Bondad is not open to becoming friends on social media with his former girlfriends.

In a recent interview with GMA’s “Mars,” Clint also opened up on why relationships sometimes do not have closure.

"Practically speaking, sa tingin ko hindi, kasi magiging friend-zoned ka, and then of course, 'yung relasyon, based on a wrong foundation, so sa tingin ko hindi," Clint said when asked if it is okay to be friends with a former girlfriend.

He clarified, though, that having no closure at all does not mean you hate each other.

"Sa tingin ko, sometimes kasi, kung minsan walang closure, hindi naman ibig sabihin na you hate each other very much. 'Yung dahilan kung bakit minsan walang closure ay dahil there's so much emotions, so much love for each other, na naging mahirap mag-usap kasi there's just so much, you know, parang ganu'n. And yes, it's difficult to talk about sometimes," he said.

When asked if men move on faster than women, Clint joked: “Kung pogi lang.”

"Depende kung gaanong seryoso 'yung relasyon sa una, sa pinanggalingan, so yeah, it depends. If it was not very serious,” he added.

It can be recalled that Clint was in a relationship for over six years with Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.
