WATCH: How Catriona Gray stays positive despite breakup
MANILA, Philippines — Despite a recent breakup with her boyfriend of more than six years, Clint Bondad, and despite rumors that the model-actor is now dating a new girl, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is still all smiles and enjoying the time of her life as a single lady.
“I am happy because I love the job that I do,” she said when asked how is she able to keep her energy up despite everything happening in her life.
“I don’t know, I’m just a happy person in general. I’m surrounded by amazing people, I work with an amazing organization, Miss Universe, so that helps me be in high spirits all the time,” the singer explained during her recent launch as Jolly Twirl endorser.
To stay fresh, she said she tries to get as much sleep as she can.
“I don’t really follow a strict routine when it comes to food or exercise,” she enthused.
According to her, one does not have to go to a certain place to find peace.
“It’s who you’re with and your state of mind. So definitely, surrounding yourself with your faily or even escaping to nature or any place that allows you to reflect and connect to a quiet place if it’s God, or whatever your belief system is.” — Videos by Erwin Cagadas Jr.
