MANILA, Philippines — Brillante Mendoza’s Alpha, The Right to Kill won the Jury Prize Ex-Aequo at the Le Beaune Festival International du Film Policier de Beaune (11th Beaune International Police Film Festival) held in eastern France, April 3 to 7.

It stars Allen Dizon (in photo with Brillante), Baron Geisler and Elijah Filamor. The film also won the Special Jury Prize Award at San Sebastian International Film Festival in Spain in September last year.
