‘Eat Bulaga’ executive breaks silence on Maine Mendoza’s absence

MANILA, Philippines — Tape Inc. executive Malou Choa-Fagar revealed the real reason behind “Eat Bulaga” host Maine Mendoza’s recent absence in the longest-running noontime show in the country.
In her Instagram account, Malou posted a photo of the “Eat Bulaga” family while in Jordan.
“Dabarkads at Petra. Missing Maine,” she captioned the photo.
In the comments section, fans of Maine asked the executive when the “Phenomenal Star” will return to the show.
“Depende sa sked nya. Ask the manager please,” Malou replied.
She also revealed that Maine is already in the Philippines and pointed out that she is still a member of the “Dabarkads.”
“We did not take her out. It’s her sked that does not permit her to attend the show,” the executive explained.
Recently, Maine’s manager Rams David debunked rumors that the “Eat Bulaga!” host will transfer to the Kapamilya network.
“Kesyo Suspended, Tinangal at Lumipat. Wala pong totoo kahit ano po dyan. #lovelivelove mga Beshie,” Rams wrote in his Facebook account, setting the record straight on rumors that Maine was suspended and kicked out from the show.
