MANILA, Philippines — Netizens commended Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano for looking like a real student from the University of the Philippines in her new movie “Alone/Together” with onscreen partner Enrique Gil.

Enrique posted on his Instagram account a photo of Liza hanging out in front of a sari-sari store at UP, wearing a casual top and skirt.

“España to philcoa araw araw? kahit baha pa, kahit mag cut pako, makita lang kita tin parang naka uno na rin ako,” Enrique captioned the post.

For her part, Liza posted a photo of her with Enrique and friends saying “#KungSaan tayo kumakain ng combo meal 3 bago tayo tumambay sa Sunken. Kahit dugyot na pagdating dito, pogi pa rin. ???? Pero Raf wag ka na mag-cut please. Isama kita sa Lantern Parade basta wag ka lang mag-cut.”

A netizen who screen captured Enrique’s post and posted on Twitter applauded Liza’s look. “Okay, I love Liza Soberano. We stan a lady who knows her orthography,” the netizen wrote. “Grabe yung method acting ni Liza, para na talaga syang taga UP,” another netizen commented.

Liza will play a highly-driven University of the Philippines arts student while Enrique will play a UST Biology student who is the complete opposite of Liza's character.

Directed by Antoinette Jadaone, “Alone/Together” will be shown in theaters on February 13.
