Best-selling author Nicholas Sparks 'so happy' for newlyweds Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth
MANILA, Philippines — American romance novelist Nicholas Sparks had sent his best wishes to the newly-wed couple Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth.
The author of the novel “The Last Song,” Nicholas tweeted his congratulations to the couple who portrayed Veronica and Will in the film adaptation of his novel.

“This makes me so happy. Congratulations @MileyCyrus and @LiamHemsworth #TheLastSong,” the author wrote.
The two met on the set of “The Last Song” movie. Since then, the pair had a roller coaster affair, getting engaged in 2012 but breaking up a year later. They reconnected in 2015.
Miley confirmed her marriage to the Hollywood actor in a series of photos she posted on social media recently.
In her Instagram account, Miley posted photos of her and husband Liam in their wedding outfits while hugging and kissing each other.
“12.23.18,” Miley captioned one of the photos, confirming that they got married last December 23.
“This is probably our one-millionth kiss,” she captioned another photo which showed her kissing Liam.
“10 years later,” Miley added.
The wedding was reportedly held at the couple’s mansion in Franklin, Tennessee.
Earlier this month, Miley said she has "never loved him more" after Liam rescued their animals from a fire that burned down their Malibu, California home. The pair has seven dogs, two pigs and two miniature horses.
