Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres now engaged to Marvel film producer
MANILA, Philippines — While the world mourns for the death of Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee, Marvel film producer Louis D’Esposito celebrates as he just recently proposed to Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres.
On her Instagram account, Dayanara posted a photo of her and Louis while she wears the engagement ring.
“He asked & I said YES!!! Blessed to have you in our lives...” the Puerto Rican beauty queen wrote in her post.
Louis is known as the producer of Marvel movies such as “Ant-Man,” “Guardians of the Galaxy” and “Iron Man.”
Dayanara was married to Marc Anthony in 2000, but they later divorced in 2004. The beauty queen and the singer have two sons.
The beauty queen became a household name in the Philippines after she passed her crown to Sushmita Sen of India at the Miss Universe 1994 pageant held in the country.
She had numerous movies and TV shows in the country, including “Hataw Na,” “ASAP” and “Basta’t Kasama Kita,” with former boyfriend Aga Muhlach.
Dayanara returned to the country last 2017 to become a judge at the Miss Universe. She also appeared in different TV shows in ABS-CBN, including “Gandang Gabi Vice” and “ASAP.”
