MANILA, Philippines — On-leave celebrity couple John Lloyd Cruz and Ellen Adarna may be far from showbiz spotlight, but not to fans who take photos of them every time the first-time parents are seen on public.
Photos of the couple recently buying in what seemed to be a grocery or a convenience store were recently uploaded by their fans on Instagram account @ellen_johnlloyd. The photos instantly became viral.
In the photos, John Lloyd can be seen holding a bottle of catsup and wearing a black sando, white shorts and red cap, while Ellen dons black shirt and pants.
“Spotted,” the fan account captioned.
Recently, John Lloyd was also photographed riding a jeepney in UP, buying from a fruit stand, and enjoying some snacks in a sidewalk. He was also reportedly spotted at the recent QCinema Film Festival.
John Lloyd and Ellen are in showbiz hiatus for over a year now and they have not yet released a statement on a possible comeback. The two were co-stars in the TV show “Home Sweetie Home.”
Ellen gave birth to their son, reportedly named Elias Modesto, last June, as confirmed by her lawyer. She is still facing a child abuse and cybercrime case filed by the mother of the teenage girl she accused as a “paparazzi.”
