WATCH: Marian Rivera speaks up on Maine Mendoza’s suitors
MANILA, Philippines — A lot of things are happening to Maine Mendoza’s life, including in her love life, Maine’s fellow Kapuso actress, Marian Rivera, revealed.
During a recent press conference launching Maine and Marian as co-endorsers of skincare label Maxi-Peel Zero, Marian spilled some beans on Maine’s relationship status.
“‘Yung mga manliligaw n’ya… madami! Basta! Ay! Binuking ko s’ya! Madami sila!” Marian exclaimed. “Sandali, bilangin ko kung ilan ‘yung nanliligaw ha… One… Ang dami! Basta!”
She even hinted that she knows who among these suitors really have the “Eat Bulaga!” host’s heart.
“Alam ko na kung sinong… basta!”
Marian said she is not surprised that Maine has a lot of suitors because Maine has it all.
Since both actresses belong to the same talent management, they described their relationship as sister-like, so they shut down reports trying to pity them against each other.
“Sa showbiz kasi kung mahina ang sikmura mo, talagang babaliktad ka eh. Talagang mag-gigive-up ka,” Marian shared.
“So sabi ko kay Maine, i-enjoy mo lang ‘yan. Basta parati lang n’yang tandaan maraming nagmamahal sa kanya. ‘Di ba kung iisipin mo ‘yung mga bashers na ‘yan, ‘di ba, what’s the point? Ang importante, sila – ang mga taong nagmamahal at naniniwala at nagtitiwala sa kanya.” — Videos by Kat Leandicho
