MANILA, Philippines — After weeks of speculation, Ellen Adarna's lawyer has confirmed that the actress has given birth on June 27.
News 5 showbiz reporter MJ Marfori posted on her Instagram story and Twitter account her interview with Ellen’s lawyer, Atty. Rebo Saguisag.

Saguisag confirmed Ellen gave birth to her child with on leave Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz and that is the reason why the actress cannot attend to her child abuse and cybercrime cases.
"Actually, after the hearing, sinabi namin, nanganak na siya, two days after. Talaga namang wala kaming dahilan... Sinasabi nila, 'delay.' Maybe 'delay,' for her to be able to have a safe delivery. And in due time, mahirap i-biyahe, e. It's a matter of days pa lang e," Saguisag said.
Ellen’s lawyer did not give more details about the model-actress giving birth. But reports said Ellen and John Lloyd’s baby is a boy, and the latter was reportedly seen buying a baby stroller and a car seat recently in a Cebu mall.
Recently, John Lloyd also slammed Inquirer.net for falsely publishing that their baby was already baptized.
The actor posted “F*** FAKE NEWS” on Instagram, tagging along @inquirerdotnet and @preen.ph.
