Coco Martin accepts Paolo Ballesteros’ challenge
MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya star Coco Martin said Paloma, his girl undercover he made popular in his primetime show “Ang Probinsyano,” is willing to have a showdown with “Eat Bulaga” host and makeup transformation expert Paolo Ballesteros.
“Pwede nating subukan. Try natin,” Coco laughed when asked by the media, including Philstar.com, if he would accept Paolo’s challenge for a showdown.
Paolo raised the challenge at a recent red carpet interview for 2018 Gawad Urian Awards.
At the red carpet, Paolo expressed his willingness to become Coco’s love interest in the new Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry with Vic Sotto.
When asked who will be Coco’s love interest in the MMFF movie with “Bossing,” Paolo said in a jest: “Sana ako! Charot!”
Paolo clarified though that he is not already a part of the movie, he hopes to be part of it.
Apart from Coco and Vic’s movie, Vice Ganda’s “Fantastica: The Princess, The Prince and The Perya,” Anne Curtis’ “Aurora,” and “Girl in the Orange Dress” starring Kim Chui, Jessy Mendiola and Jericho Rosales, have also been selected as among this year’s MMFF entries.
