Maymay Entrata ‘friend-zoned’  Edward Barber

MANILA, Philippines — In an interview at the red carpet of Myx Music Awards 2018, “Pinoy Big Brother” (PBB) Lucky Season 7 big winner Maymay Entrata revealed the real score between her and fellow PBB housemate Edward Barber.

“Official best friend,” Maymay described her relationship with Barber, stressing that she and Edward are only best friends — for now.

When asked if they have a chance of becoming officially a couple, Maymay giggled: “Ah ano po talaga kami. Next na kami dun.”

Edward seconded this and said: “Baka next year or next, next year.”

Suddenly, Maris Racal joined the interview and said that the MayWard love team is now officially a couple.

“Sila na, sila na!” said Maris, but Maymay quickly corrected Maris and said, “Uy, hindi niya sinabi na kami, sila ni Inigo!”

Maymay and Edward had a production number in the event, where they sang “Mahal Kita Kasi.”

Edward bagged the “Myx Celebrity VJ of the Year” award, beating his love team partner Maymay.
