#TeamByahe: Maine Mendoza enjoys Ed Sheeran’s concert via Facebook live
MANILA, Philippines —While some celebrities watched Ed Sheeran’s concert at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on Sunday evening, actress and TV host Maine Mendoza took to Twitter to share that she is enjoying the show through Facebook live stream.
In a series of tweets, self-confessed fan of Sheeran, Mendoza, said she is dreaming to see and hear the British singer perform his hit single “Lego House” live. However, the Kalyeserye star is on the road and is not able to watch the show live.

“Sadly, #TeamFBLive ako tonight but I promise to see you on your next show! Huhu” Mendoza wrote, adding hashtag “#Teambyahe.”
The dubsmash queen turned Eat Bulaga host livetweeted her Facebook live experience and awaited Sheeran to play “Lego House.” However, the Grammy Award-winning artist performed “Tenerife Sea” instead.

Mendoza also thanked Facebook user Donver Andrew Kierulf for recording Sheeran’s concert live. She even asked her supporters to make the uploader trend by using hashtag “SalamatDonver.”

Sheeran’s song “Thinking Out Loud” played a huge role in Mendoza’s loveteam with Alden Richards. It was dubbed by fans as one of AlDub’s song.
In most KalyeSerye episodes, Richards used to sing “Thinking Out Loud” which was referred to by Yaya Dub's employer, Lola Nidora (Wally Bayola) as “Dalinay.” This was because of the first line of the chorus “Darling, I will be loving you 'til we're 70.”
When Sheeran played “Thinking out Loud,” he used visuals featuring animation of a couple as background. This was likened by AlDub fans to previous photos Mendoza and Richards.
The fans then posted photos of the concert visuals side-by-side with AlDub photos.
