Mariah Carey to have concert in Manila on October
MANILA, Philippines — Five-time Grammy winner Mariah Carey is coming back to Manila for a one-night concert on October 26 at the Araneta Coliseum.
Concert promoter Wilbros Live announced on its Facebook page on Friday that Carey is returning to Manila to perform her chart-topping songs.
Mariah’s hits through the years include “One Sweet Day,” “I’ll Be There,” “Hero,” “Always Be My Baby,” “Butterfly,” “Honey,” and “My All.”
In her career spanning more than 20 years, the former "American Idol" judge has sold more than 200 million records globally, making her one of history’s best-selling artists. According to Nielsen SoundScan, Carey is the top-selling female artist of all time with more than 52 million copies sold.
Mariah was last in Manila for her “Me. I Am” world tour, which also took place in October at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
