MANILA, Philippines— Philippine bet to the 46th Miss Intercontinental pageant, Katarina Sonja Rodriguez wore a white modern Filipiniana for the national costume shoot of the international pageant.

Rodriguez’s regal Filipiniana was made by Francis Libiran, her favorite designer.

“National Costume shooting & of course @francislibiran has awed us all once more with this gorgeous Filipiniana. His national costume designs are always my favorite,” she wrote on her Instagram post.

Rodriguez is currently in Egypt to represent the country in Miss Intercontinental pageant to be held on January 25.

During the Binibining Pilipinas pageant in 2017, Rodriguez also wore a Filipiniana designed by Libiran.

She was also crowned Binibining Pilipinas-Intercontinental wearing a custom electric pleated gown made by the same designer.

The Filipina beauty was a former finalist at the "Asia’s Next Top Model Cycle 2."
