How Liza Soberano got her Darna abs

MANILA, Philippines — Last weekend, actress Liza Soberano wowed love team partner Enrique Gil and Netizens when she flashed her abs in an "ASAP" show in Toronto, Canada. 

Last night, during her launch as new ambassador for tech company Fujifilm Philippines, Liza divulged in an interview with Philstar.com how she got her first weapon as Mars Ravelo's comic book heroine: her killer abdominal six packs.

With a loud laugh, Liza answered: "Well, you have to work out and maintain discipline!"

For the past two months, she has been working intensively to sculpt her core under the supervision of celebrity trainer Bok Santos, who is also behind the enviable abs of Kapamilya stars Erich Gonzales and Kathryn Bernardo. Bok is also working on the transformation of singer and TV host Karla Estrada. 

In his Instagram account, Santos has been sharing Liza's preparations for her upcoming role as Darna in a project to be directed by Erik Matti. While many of his posts on Liza shows they are training in a gym, one of his posts hints that Liza has also been working on her endurance and speed with an early morning run.

Helping Liza document her journey as the new Darna is the new addition to Fujifilm's Mirrorless Digital Camera X-series, X-A3. Instax's first  hybrid camera, SQ10, allows her to have the control and composition of a digital camera, with the enjoyment and tangible fun of a real photo print. Tricky Instax lighting will no longer be so challenging for her with the new Mini 9, which now makes taking selfies easier with its front selfie mirror and it automatically determines the best brightness for taking a picture. 

With these new tools, Liza is sure her abs would look picture-perfect for all the world to drool over as a #fitspiration.
