A plaque for a good cop

MANILA, Philippines – Police Inspector Christopher Comicho Dulagan (photo), 2016 Man of the World-Philippines, was given a Plaque of Recognition during the recent Philipine National Police (PNP) Traditional Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremony.

Here’s a part of the statement read during the affair: At this moment, we take this occasion to give due recognition to the worthy efforts of PINSP Christopher Comicho Dulagan of the NCRPO Manila Police District PCP Plaza Miranda, in the recent most prestigious national pageant for male, the Misters of the Philippines 2016, where he won Man of the World Philippines.

Dulagan believes that his journey in the said competition was a rewarding experience for it earned for the PNP some measure of respect.
