Sharon Cuneta approves of Aly Borromeo for KC Concepcion

MANILA, Philippines – Aly Borromeo seem to have scored good points for KC Concepcion’s mom, Sharon Cuneta.

Recently, KC admitted that she’s dating the Azkals player, who was even present during the anniversary celebration of her mom and former Sen. Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan last week.

“Super boto!” replied Sharon when asked if she approves of Aly for her daughter KC, in an interview on Thursday. “Lahat naman ng naging boyfiend niya boto ako. Pero si Aly super boto.”

She even described him as very decent and respectful, which is the reason why they" like him very much."

"He’s such a good boy,” Sharon said.

Meanwhile, the Megastar has signed a two-year network contract with ABS-CBN on Thursday and is gearing up for a movie that will start rolling in August.

She’ll also be part of the third season of “The Voice Kids Philippines,” as the newest coach joining Lea Salonga and Bamboo Mañalac.

When asked if she’s open to do a TV series with daughter KC, she’s not sure if that would be “best” for the both of them.

“Kasi parang I don’t like her to feel na... she’s used to being independent when it comes to projects and parang masyadong close to home, masyadong personal kapag nagakasama [ko siya]. Lalo na ‘pag kaming tatlo ng papa niya, 'di ba? Parang OA na,” she explained.

She added that maybe it’ll be better if they’ll do a hosting stint together in a musical show.

When asked whom she would like to work with instead, she named Coco Martin, Piolo Pascual, John Lloyd Cruz, Angel Locsin, Maja Salvador and Anne Curtis.
