Erwan Heussaff spreads the word on healthy living around the world

MANILA, Philippines - Proving that there is so much more to him than being the boyfriend of actress Anne Curtis, Erwan Heussaff has recently been appointed as the brand ambassador of cable channel TLC Southeast Asia.

"When they approached me, it was kind of a validation that what I was doing had that international accent that people all over the world could kind of relate to," the food blogger and restaurateur said in an email interview with Philstar.com recently. 

There’s no better poster boy for successful weight loss than the owner of the massively popular blog, "The Fat Kid Inside." Erwan is known for losing almost 100 pounds after deciding to live the healthy lifestyle. Now, aside from being the owner of several restaurants in the Metro Manila, he is also an in-demand product endorser and writer.

According to Erwan, it made him really happy because he has been working hard to spread the word not only in the Philippines but around Asia, US and Europe as well.

"It was a dream come true and a step in the right direction in terms of who I want to work with and who I want to partner with," " Erwan said.

Last November 21, Erwan joined TLC host Janet Hsieh and Tom and Henry Herbert from TLC’s The Fabulous Baker Brothers at the first ever TLC Festival in the Philippines to demonstrate some of his easy-to-do recipes.

In Erwan's own words, the festival is "just a great way to have a nice day out and interact with people that you enjoy and the people you like seeing on TV."

Aside from attending the festival, he also shared his current project tagged as "Food Fix with Erwan Heussaff" where he appeared in four videos showing himcook his favorite dishes in easy steps.

Erwan also said he is excited about the possibilities and the opportunities that’ll present themselves from the experience.
