Ai-Ai now a Regal Baby

MANILA, Philippines – Comedy Queen Ai-Ai delas Alas is now a certified Regal Baby as she signed a two-year movie contract with the company. With her in photo is Regal Matriarch Mother Lily Monteverde.

Ai-Ai’s first assignment is a Mother’s Day offering which will start shooting in January next year.

It’s actually Balik-Regal for Ai-Ai who, years ago, did supporting roles for Regal flicks. This time, she’s back as a big star.

For her Regal comeback movie, Ai-Ai might include her anak-anakan Jiro Manio in the cast. Jiro will hopefully be released from the rehab center before the year is over.

‘She’s a very nice person,’ Mother Lily said of Ai-Ai. ‘Kaya mahala na mahal ko siya.’
