MANILA, Philippines – Hollywood actresses may have taken Witherspoon’s advice, as the usual flesh-baring cutout dress was replaced with long, modest gowns at the Oscars red carpet Sunday night.

At least, all except the 45-year-old JLo who showed up with her cleavage-bearing Elie Saab Couture with a beaded and long train.

Anna Kendrick channeled her goddess side with her peach peek-a-boo gown with a jeweled halter finish while Emma Stone looked gorgeous on her embellished celery dress.

In summary, the red carpet show was a breathtaking parade of frocks, blacks, whites and few pastels.
