Smile Train Phl & Marian celebrate Children’s Day

MANILA, Philippines - In time for Children’s International Day last Nov. 20, Smile Train, the world’s largest cleft charity, performed free cleft surgeries on six-year-old Christian (right) of Meycauayan, Bulacan, and five-month-old Jared of Caloocan City, two of the more than 200 new patients who have approached Smile Train as a result of the support of Marian Rivera. The actress-host recently launched her Yan ang Smile! campaign in order to raise awareness of Smile Train’s advocacy of providing free surgeries to children born with cleft deformities.
