IN PHOTOS: 'PBB' winner Myrtle goes sexy, admits dating Grace Poe's son

MANILA, Philippines - “Pinoy Big Brother” winner Myrtle Sarrosa strips her wholesome image and dons a sexier look as she becomes the cover girl for the November issue of men's magazine FHM Philippines. 

 

Aside from winning the ABS-CBN reality show in 2012 , the 19-year-old Myrtle is best known for wearing anime-inspired costumes as a cosplayer. 

 

In an interview with ABS-CBN's showbiz talk show “The Buzz” on Sunday, Myrtle explained why she decided to do the sexy pictorial for the popular men's magazine.

 

“I guess it's my way of saying, 'Hello Philippines, hello world, hindi na ako yung teenager dati.' Kasi I've been stuck in that image,” she said. “I'm not a kid anymore. I'm ready for more mature roles.”

 

Myrtle, who is currently studying at the University of the Philippines, also admits dating Bryan Llamanzares, the son of Sen. Grace Poe Llamanzares. 

 

“Well, sabi niya nililigawan niya ako. [Sabi ko] we're dating, getting to know stage,” she said of her relationship with Bryan.

 

She also said, “We both believe in courtship. Hindi pa ako nagkaka-boyfriend. Sabi nga ng mom ko, 'Magku-cover ka na sa men's magazine, hindi ka pa nagkaka-boyfriend!'

 

The ABS-CBN artist revealed she even asked for the permission of Sen. Grace Poe before posing for FHM.

 

“We are very close kasi lagi akong bumibisita sa family niya kasi 'yung little sister ni Bryan, I’m friends with her. Nung nakita ko si Tita Grace, I told her na I might cover for FHM and I asked permission from her,” Myrtle said. “And she said susuportahan nila ako as long as wala akong super hubad na photo.”
