Sarah Geronimo leads winners at 6th Star Awards for Music

MANILA, Philippines – Sarah Geronimo and Gloc-9 were the big winners at the 6th PMPC (Philippine Movie Press Club) Star Awards for Music on Sunday, September 14.
 
The ABS-CBN artist won the Female Recording Artist of the Year and the Pop Album of the Year awards for her album “Expressions.” 
 
Gloc-9, meanwhile, was named Rap Artist of the Year. His album “Liham at Lihim” also won Album of the Year and Rap Album of the Year.
 
Other winners include Gary Valenciano (Male Recording Artist of the Year), Daniel Padilla (Male Pop Artist of the Year), and Angeline Quinto (Female Pop Artist of the Year).
 
Jonalyn Viray's “Help Me Get Over You” was named Song of the Year.
