Mother Lily a Vi-liever

MANILA, Philippines - Regal Matriarch Mother Lily Monteverde paid Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos a visit over the weekend. During their talk at the Provincial Capitol in Lipa City, Mother Lily assured Vilma of her support in Vilma’s projects, especially in the area of education and the arts.
