PSHS application for admission opens

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Science High School System (DOST-PSHSS) is now accepting applications for the National Competitive Examination (NCE) admission test for incoming Grade 7 students for school year 2019-2020.

DOST-PSHSS executive director Lilia Habacon said 1,540 slots are available in all 16 campuses of the PSHS.

“The deadline for application is on Sept. 14. Exam date is on Oct. 20,” Habacon said.

There are 240 slots at the PSHS-main campus in Quezon City, 120 in the PSHS-Region 4-A or Calabarzon campus in Batangas City and 90 in all the 14 other regional campuses of the PSHS.

Application forms can be downloaded for free at www.pshs.edu.ph and are also available for free and may be filed in any PSHS campus nationwide, DOST regional offices or provincial science and technology offices.  Application forms with incomplete information will not be processed.
