He remains without an ATF title after losing to Russia’s Andrey Rublev in the Serbia Open. Meanwhile, two-time Wimbledon champion Nadal said the ban is unfair to collegues Daniil  Medvedev of Russia and last year’s semi-finalist Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus, who will be out of the tournament.
