Cebuano cyclists to join Ronda Pilipinas

CEBU, Philippines — Three Cebuano pedal-pushers will try their luck in the LBC-Ronda Pilipinas 10 scheduled on February 23 to March 4 in Luzon.

They are 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games bronze medallist Jonel Carcueva, Elmer Navarro, and Marvin Tapic.

Carcueva will be racing under Go 4 Gold, Navarro with Scratchit, and Tapic with Bicycology Shop’s powered Philippine Army.

This is the fourth time for Carcueva to join Ronda Pilipinas.

A total of 10 teams will be seeing action in the grueling road race set in 10 straight days, which is symbolic of the event’s 10th year anniversary.
