CEBU, Philippines —  Former collegiate standout Jan Jan Auditor etched his name in stone after recording the most points scored in a single game in E-Leagues’ history.

Auditor, who once suited up for the University of Cebu (UC) Webmasters, fired 52 points on top of eight rebounds, two assists and two steals to propel the Sykes Pioneers to a ruthless 153-48 massacre of the ePerformax Reds in the Elite Classic of the Tanduay Athletics CSCC E-Leagues for Basketball Season 15 at the City Sports Club-Cebu gym.

Sykes’ 105-point obliteration of the Reds also erased Convergys’ 92-point blowout of the Executive Bulldogs, 123-121, on June 17, 2012.

Auditor was backed up by Victor Rabat with 21 points, while Erville Cabungcal and Zander Villacorta tallied 13 markers each as Sykes ended a two-game slide and jumped to solo second place in the standings with a 9-2 win-loss record.

In the other Elite Classic duel, Clarence Torre finished with 17 points as the Accenture Sharks carved out a 76-62 victory over the Wipro Tigers to tighten their grip of the lead with a 9-1 slate.

Randolf Espinosa had 22 points while Andre Gervacio cashed in 11 points for the Tigers, who dropped to 3-8.

In the EVO League, the Dynata Warriors clobbered the Author Solutions Philippines Inc. (ASPI) Hardbacks, 76-52.

Tommy Ugsimar posted 22 points, while Dennis Poquita scored 11 for the Warriors, who joined the Optum Knighs at second place with identical 8-2 cards. The Hardbacks fell to 4-6.

The Fluor Pandas, on the other hand, edged the Demand Science Paladins, 81-74, to improve their mark to 6-4, while the Results Newtown evened its record to 5-5 after crushing the Cognizant Tech Solutions, 88-68. EBV
