Over 2,000 runners enlist for IPI footrace

CEBU, Philippines — Over 2,000 runners have already signed up to join International Pharmaceuticals Inc’s advocacy run dubbed as "IPI Run 2019"  slated on May 5 at the Pescadores Road in Cebu Business Park.

The race, which is in line with IPI’s 60th anniversary celebration, features 500m kiddie dash, 3K, 6K, 12K and 21K categories.

IPI continues to encourage every Cebuano to be one for wellness. IPI's "I Am For Wellness" campaign is supported by celebrities such as Manny Pacquiao, Paul Jake Castillo and Kim Atienza.

Over P1 million cash prizes are stake for the top performers plus exciting items to be given away during the raffle after the race.

Registration will run until April 30. Entry fee is pegged at P300 for 500m, P350 for 3K, P450 for 6K, P550 for 12K and P650 for 21K.

Registration booths are located at Cebu City Sports Commission, Toby's Sports in SM City Cebu and Runnr Store in Ayala Center Cebu. One may also register online at race.ph/ipirun2019.
