Ethos Duathlon set tomorrow

CEBU, Philippines — Over a hundred athlete led by former national duathlete member Joland Olmilla are set to compete in the Ethos Duathlon in Barangay Pulangbato, Cebu City.

Local and out-of-town participants will be tested as they will try to conquer rugged terrains spiced up with a river around the route.

This run-bike-run action will kick off with a 10-kilometer trail run followed with a 40-kilometer bike and will end with another 5K run.

Those who do not make it to the check-in time from 4 a.m to 5:15 a.m are going to be disqualified and so are those caught riding vehicle

The battle will be divided into different age groups in the men’s and women’s open.

The top three overall finisher will receive cash prizes plus gift vouchers while the top performers in the age-groups will get gift vouchers.

All finishers will also have a medal, recovery drink and free coffee from Ethos Cafe.
