‘Race for Children’s Hunger’ set September 16
CEBU, Philippines — The NR Communications and Video Over Instant Messaging will organize its very first ‘Race for Children’s Hunger’ on September 16 starting and finishing at the Parkmall grounds in Mandaue City.
The running event, which is expected to draw over 1,000 participants, features three race lengths- the 3K, 5K and 10K.
Proceeds from the race will be used in feeding one thousand less fortunate kids from Mandaue City on September 30 at the Mandaue Sports Complex.
Cash prizes, plaques, medals, certificates and bundles will be given away to the winners in each category. All 5K and 10K finishers will also get a finisher’s medal.
Entry fee is pegged at P350 for 3K, P550 for 5K and 10K is at P700. Entry forms are available at NVOIM Cebu office at A. C. Cortes Avenue in Mandaue, Toby’s SM, Runnr Store Ayala and Parkmall.
