CEBU, Philippines - The 53rd Army booters prevailed over the Queen City United FC in their closely-fought match, walking away with a razor-thin 3-2 victory via penalty shootout to capture the men’s open title of the 1st JCAD (JC Armamento Development) Arsenal Cup 2010 football tournament the other day at San Roque Parish field in Brgy.
