Jumapao tops Nov. rating of Prima bowlfest

Jomar Jumapao could only manage 184 pinfalls in his final game but that was good enough to win a title.

At the end, Jumapao still came up with 1,714 total pinfalls to dominate 19 other bowlers and win the November edition of the Prima Cebu Tenpin Bowling Monthly Open at Gaisano Bowlingplex in Banilad, this city.

Jumapao sizzled from the opening frame onwards but Lady Luck turned her back in the crucial eighth and final game for his lowest total, so far.

Michelle Lim tallied 1,663 pins for second place while Jacklynn Lim snatched third place with  1,657 pinfalls.

Bel Suelto Jr. was fourth with 1,649 and Xyrra Cabusas took the fifth spot after toppling 1,635 pins.

The sixth to 10th placers in this Echo Appliance Center and Electric Supply-sponsored event were John Gasataya (1,581), Henry Malicdem (1,577), Kim Lao (1,557), Rey Velarde (1,555) and Lolong Uy with 1,553 pinfalls.—Caecent No-ot Magsumbol
