City gets disinfection chamber donation

Mary Ruth R. Malinao - The Freeman

CEBU, Philippines — A software company in Cebu has introduced an Automated Disinfection Chamber which will contribute to the “new normal.”

Philceb Innovations and Solutions Technologies International Inc. has formulated the chamber, in line with the fight against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The software company has donated the Automated Disinfection Chamber to the Cebu City Government.

Philceb Innovations and Solutions Technologies International Inc. Chief Executive Officer Eve “Amor” Suniega said the chamber is contactless, censored operated, automated, and uses organic disinfectant.

She said the disinfectant is organic, it is not chemical-based.  They have partnered with an organic producer company for this project.

“The effectivity is at least napi-prevent natin yung spread nung virus bago pa siya ma-forward to another location because pinatay na nung disinfectant. The reason why it’s sealed. Kung mapapansin niyo nag-o-automate siya mag isa para hindi na kailangang galawin yung other parts,” Suniega said.

She added that Philceb Innovations and Solutions Technologies International Inc. is the very first pure Filipino artificial intelligence provider.

She said this promotes automated thermal contact tracing and transparency in the government and even private corporations. It can be linked to any application used for contact tracing.

“Our main focus is research and development to uplift the life of every Filipino,” she said.  GAN (FREEMAN)
