ADC inaugurates Casa Rosita Homes club house

- From the Lifestyle Editors and Staff -

CEBU, Philippines - A community of people belonging to the high-end market in the real estate/residential homes industry must be accorded a space where they could get to know their neighbors. A common ground shared by the homeowners - the clubhouse.

The Arcenas Development Corp. (ADC) developers of Paseo San Ramon, Paseo Center Cebu , 1830 SOUTH, a new I.T. building, and Casa Rosita Homes, all situated in the Arcenas Estate, Banawa, Cebu City, is proud of its success in developing housing units, commercial and business centers where people could access from all points of the city, notwithstanding its efforts in getting together their clients in one roof by providing them a multi-purpose clubhouse where homeowners rub elbows and know each other.

On December 13, ADC inaugurated and opened its clubhouse at the Casa Rosita Homes project where the first mass inside the community was celebrated by Rev.Fr. Dan de los Angeles. The mass was attended primarily by Doña Rosita Arcenas, for whom the casa is named after, the homeowners, the officers and staff of the Arcenas Estate.

After the mass, a sumptuous lunch for the homeowners was served, and the very first Christmas party at the clubhouse followed.

Earlier in the day, prior to the inauguration of the clubhouse, Arcenas Estate inaugurated its new I.T. Building the 1830 SOUTH right across Paseo Center. 1830 SOUTH is a PEZA-accredited I.T. building of over 3,000 square meters, ideal for all types of endeavors such as offices for BPOs, pharmacy, medical or dental clinics, fitness centers.

Ms Bobette Ouano, ADC’s marketing head, said that building a clubhouse is one of the human aspects of a residential project. It is an amenity that completes the social aspect of the development. “We always endeavor to extend our services even beyond the awarding of housing units to our clients.” She also said that “the clubhouse is where we can gather the homeowners for some event or even for just relaxation. It is where they can establish camaraderie.”

Ms. Ouano added that: “It is quite common and normal in high-end housing developments, that homeowners seldom know each other because of their hectic and demanding schedules. They prefer to spend quality time with their immediate family members when they get home from work. Their cars are even readily more identified as a car from the subdivision while its owners remain anonymous.”

The Casa Rosita Clubhouse would soon be managed by the organized homeowners, said Alvin Lim, chief operation officer. – Butch D. Enerio
