Ballet Philippines returns to Cebu

CEBU, Philippines — The Philippines’ premier company in ballet and contemporary dance is back in Cebu today and tomorrow.

Witness Ballet Philippines as they unveil their treasured pieces from a repertoire that pays tribute to the rich Filipino culture – “CELEBRATION: Special Afternoon Performances.” See them perform on July 28, 4 p.m., at the Mountain Wing Atrium of SM Seaside City Cebu, and on July 29, 4 p.m., at the Northwing Atrium of SM City Cebu.

Ballet Philippines has established a name in the international scene for being the flagship and premiere dance company in ballet and contemporary dance at the Cultural Center of the Philippines. With its strong diverse mastery of various disciplines, the group continues to present works from classical ballets, Filipino folklore and widely-recognized masterpieces.

The Philippines’ premier company in ballet and contemporary dance is now on its 48th season. Witness as Ballet Philippines brings to the stage some of the most iconic dance pieces in performance arts in SM Seaside City Cebu and SM City Cebu on July 28 and 29.
