Priland kicks off first condominium project
CEBU, Philippines — Priland Development Corporation (PDC) has started the construction of its two-tower condominium development in Canduman, Mandaue City.
Northwoods Place is the first residential condominium project of Priland that primarily targets the student market, as the area is located nearby an exclusive school in Canduman.
In an interview with Priland chief operating officer Marcelino Relampagos, he said that the project will build a total of 312 units, and is targeted to be completed by 2021.
Launched in December 2017, the Northwoods Place falls under the economic condominium category. It is designed to accommodate the student market, whose parents also do not want to juggle the heavy traffic everyday.
The company currently has five residential, combined with office units, namely, Vertex Central, Vertex Coast, Pasea Groove, Northwoods Place and the upcoming Paseo High Street in Saciangco Street.
These projects will provide over 4,000 units to the total Metro Cebu condominium portfolio.
Since 2013, Priland already launched eight branded development projects, mostly residential.
