Property confab set in Cebu next week

CEBU, Philippines — Over a thousand real estate stakeholders across the Philippines will converge in Cebu for the 8th Real Estate National Convention (NatCon 2019) next week.

Organized by Filipino Homes Group, a comprehensive real estate solutions platform that provides one-stop shop services for real estate buyers and sellers, the two-day convention aims to promote professionalism among stakeholders, especially brokers and agents.

In an interview yesterday, Filipino Homes founder Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio said government leaders and real estate experts are expected to share updates, and professional mentorship during the three-day confab slated on October 26, 27 and 28, 2019 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.

The country’s big developers are also expected to join the event.

“We will be awarding top 10 developers as they continue to boost the property development in the country, particularly in the residential segment, for the National Awardees for Filipino Homes Top Developer Awards 2019,” said Leuterio.

Ofelia C. Binag, chairperson of the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service, will be discussing on the support programs of the agency in growing and enhancing the real estate service practice.

Department of Labor (DOLE) secretary Silvestre Bello III will also tackle on the integration of Real Estate sales force to the labor force. Bello is also expected talk about prospects of government intervention in the growing real estate employers and employees.

Real estate advocates and experts like Dr. Eduardo G. Ong and Andy Mañalac will also take up on the industry’s new trends and advocacies, as well best practices of the fast growing and evolving real estate sector.

The event will be participated in by 47 Filipino Homes offices around the country.

Leuterio said 100 top agents will be flying to Las Vegas in the United States this coming November 13 for the Filipino Homes International Awards 2019.
