CHAMBER BEAT:CCCI conducts Effective Work Management Training

CEBU, Philippines — An Effective Work Management Training conducted by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) was held last July 18 – 19, 2019 at the Azia Suites & Residences, Cebu City.

The activity was part of the Chamber’s 2019 training programs to support its members and the Cebu business community in improving the skills and competencies of their employees in the aspect of effective work management.

The training provided guidance to the participants enabling them to assess their attitudes and make productive behavioral changes; identify the meta-skills that will boost their productivity and effectiveness; apply strategies to manage energy, motivation and execution of goals; enumerate manifestations of stress and adopt strategies and techniques to handle stress; and interruptions and conflicts at work and in personal life.

The CCCI member companies were Cebu Microasia Marketing, Tekton Entre Multipurpose Cooperative, Cebu Bionic Builder Supply, Inc., Intranet Trade International Inc., Tamiya Philippines Inc., Tsuneishi Heavy Industries (CEBU) Inc., Raddison Blu Cebu, Greentech Land Development Corporation, Double Ring Farm, JARC Construction and Marine Service Corp, Asisi Systems Corp, Natures Legacy Inc., and  Cebu Primera Food Industries Inc.

The training’s resource speaker was Ronaldo “Ron” M. Cocoba, a Workplace Learning and Performance Professional.

Further, three CCCI staff, Inno Lorenzo Panganiban, Julie Nabong, Jr. and Mary Precious Veloso, provided the secretariat support during the training.
