Avida Land to pioneer Vertis North’s residential block

MANILA, Philippines - A city would not be recognized as one unless it represents the country’s epicenter of trade and culture, wherein business, commercial, lifestyle and residential expediencies come together. For decades, the urban hubs developed by Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) across the Philippines are mirroring these components.

“We are committed to developing Vertis North as the central business district for Quezon City. Vertis North, which is located in the center of Quezon City, is one of ALI’s latest projects to date.  Although the company has had presence in Quezon City for a long time, its fervent commitment in solidifying the city’s primacy is clearly an unremitting process. The development of residential areas like Ayala Heights Townhomes, Ferndale Villas and Avida Towers New Manila, as well as leasing establishments like the UP-Ayala Technohub and Trinoma Mall, has defined their presence.

Eyeing completion in 10 years time, Vertis North is touted to become the newest city center in the area. When the masterplan was introduced last year, office, retail, hotel, and residential facets were unveiled—which all translate how the 30-hectare integrated urban redevelopment aims to become the major gateway to dynamic and progressive living in the north.

With residential developments being a vital component in the fruition of ALI’s vision for Vertis North, one of the company’s notable residential units — Avida Land — has expressed its involvement in fulfilling this  aspect of the  business district through Avida Towers Vita.
