Roxaco's Anya Resorts and Residences embraces nature

-

MANILA, Philippines - A house perched precariously on a ridge offering a panoramic view of lake and volcano—this is the spectacle that often comes to mind whenever one thinks of Tagaytay. Anya Resort and Residences, the private and exclusive residential enclave integrated with a boutique luxury resort, is set to change this conventional notion of high living in Tagaytay by offering a community that draws beauty from its own surroundings.

Built on 5.7 hectares of rolling terrain, this hideaway is ideally located in a private and secluded portion of Tagaytay where lush greenery and foliage offer a natural screen from the outside world. Inside the exclusive community, city-weary urbanites can bask in open spaces and enjoy the environment--even in the privacy of their own choice of dwelling.

The Family Pavilion is designed with a large hall on the second floor, creating space and flexibility for the families’ activities. It includes a master bedroom, opened-planned second floor, living and dining area, kitchen, four toilet and baths, laundry area, maid’s room, driver’s room and a two-vehicle carport. Optional areas offered are plunge pool, cabana and lanai.

The Resort Residence brings the familiarity of home to this tropical enclave as it follows a more traditional layout and is suitable for most families. It includes three bedrooms, living and dining area, kitchen, four toilet and baths, laundry area, maid’s room, driver’s room and a two-vehicle carport. Optional areas offered are plunge pool, cabana and walkways.

The Private Villa is a two-structure concept, wherein the lanais and plunge pool contribute to a luxurious outdoor space. It includes a master bedroom, living area convertible to bedroom, dining and kitchen area, three (3) toilet and baths, laundry area, maid’s room, driver’s room and two-vehicle carport.

The development’s initial residential offering include 48 open lots, with sizes ranging from 400 to 450 sq m.

At Anya Resort and Residences, residents will be given architectural templates, which will guide them in building their homes and provide solutions to better maximize the property’s natural beauty. These models have been especially designed by Emmanuel A. Miñana and Associates, the highly esteemed design and architectural firm of numerous high-profile development projects.

The designs feature updated innovations on classical Asian tropical architecture that allow the combined pleasures of privacy and access to inviting vistas of the community’s natural flora and fauna. “The silhouette of the homes is very Asian in style because of our desire to create a sense of mystique. We did that by imbuing the design with quiet and privacy. First, you have an opaque blanket of stone to conceal the inside. But inside, it’s a very open home—a very warm home. On the inside, the spaces are mostly surrounded by glass, which opens to the flora and fauna outside. Each home looks and feels like it’s quietly coming out of the ground,” explains Architect Miñana. The seamless integration of the indoors with the peaceful and calm natural surroundings provides a haven to pamper the body, the mind and the senses.

In addition, home designs have additional design features such as the living area which can be converted into a guest room, an option to expand depending on specific lot profile, a select menu of earth tone colors and a senior-friendly design alternative. Apart from these in-home features, the development also offers first class facilities, amenities and services to assure residents of a pampered and worry-free living experience.
