Buildrite airs first episode of “Magtanong Para Sigurado” on YouTube

MANILA, Philippines — Following the launch of its “Magtanong Para Sigurado” online service campaign earlier this year, Buildrite Construction Chemicals has just uploaded its first-ever vlog via YouTube.

The “Magtanong Para Sigurado” is a vlog series featuring tutorials on how to properly address common construction problems using products guaranteed effective and easy to use.

In its first episode, Derrick Tan, chief executive of Buildrite, hosts the vlog, addressing common concerns on aircon gaps.  The next episodes will feature how-tos on cement grip; waterproofing the bathroom and other applications that cater to your construction needs.

Aside from innovations, the vlog also offers information on and trivia about construction which are beneficial for those who are new to the industry, or for those exploring DIY home improvements. Succeeding episodes will also tackle construction problems that many don’t know about, which can be solved by the use of new technologies and the right products.

“We noticed how people in the construction industry still tend to stick to old school practices or kung ano yung nakaugalian na nilang gawin. They would say, “Alam ko na ‘yan” or “Twenty years ko nang ginagawa iyan,” which hinders them from learning new techniques and ultimately reaping the benefits of new technologies. In this aspect, we are trying to encourage them to have a change of mindset—Magtanong muna para sigurado to avoid making mistakes and extra costs to cover unnecessary repairs or retouches,” said Tan.
