UCPB simplifies payment services

MANILA, Philippines - The National Water Resources Board (NWRB) has signed up for the collection service of the United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) to allow its 22,000 permit-holders the convenience of paying their fees and other charges at any of the bank’s 178 branches nationwide.

NWRB, the lead government policy maker and regulator of the development, use, and conservation of the country’s water resources, operates in 78 provinces and 115 cities nationwide. U…CPB’s collection service allows clients to use the bank’s branches as payment outlets.

This helps clients unclog lobby traffic in their payment offices and save on manpower costs while at the same time enabling them to extend faster and convenient service to their customers.
