ALI sees growing demand for resort-style property in Philippines

MANILA, Philippines — Property giant Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) is seeing growing demand for resort-style luxury living in the Philippines after its high-end residential development in Bataan recorded strong take-up.

ALI said that demand for exclusive resort-style residences was evident in the rapid sellout of Building A of the Anvaya Searidge Residences project.

Building A was fully taken up within two days of its June 2024 launch, generating over P1.3 billion in sales, the company said.

ALI said that the swift take-up prompted Ayala Land Premier to accelerate the launch of Building B in December last year.

It said the launch reinforced the sustained market interest in high-end residential developments that offer open spaces, wellness-oriented amenities and an integrated leisure lifestyle.

“The rapid take-up of Anvaya Searidge Residences reflects a broader trend in the property market—an increasing preference for premium residences that offer generous green spaces and promote well-being,” ALI said.

“With more homeowners prioritizing health, fresh air and outdoor activities, developments that provide a sanctuary from dense urban environments are seeing heightened interest,” it said.

While urban properties remain a key market segment, ALI said that buyers are increasingly drawn to developments that offer a retreat from the fast-paced city lifestyle without sacrificing luxury and convenience.

The company said that Anvaya Searidge Residences is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of the market, with buyers increasingly seeking residences that provide both luxury and wellness.

Anvaya Searidge Residences is a mid-rise development located within the 620-hectare Anvaya Cove.
